1. Before transferring personal data to a foreign country, the Operator must ensure that the recipient country provides adequate protection for the rights of data subjects.
2. If the foreign country does not meet these requirements, cross-border transfer is only allowed with the User’s written consent or when required to fulfill a contract with the User.
