When ordering products in our atelier, we provide various delivery options, including
personal delivery of the order. Personal delivery can be carried out both within

All additional services for shipping your orders will be included in the price.

Payment

The products ordered on our company's website are delivered to you
at the specified cost plus shipping. However, at the pick-up point,
the goods are sold only at the retail price. Please specify the details
when placing an order.

In cases where you need software installation, connection, or other
additional services, please coordinate this with our customer service
representatives.

At the pick-up point

After placing an order and clarifying the necessary details, you will be able to choose the payment option “at the pick-up point” and pay for the order in our office.

With a card on the website

After placing an order, you will be able to enter your bank card details on the website and pay for the order online.

By card / cash to the courier

After making and delivering your order, you will be able to pay the full cost upon delivery by courier.

Guarantee

We provide a guarantee for all completed work and installed spare parts.
However, the warranty does not apply in cases of unsatisfactory operation or failure of
components, the malfunction of which was not reported when the mobile
device was delivered to the Luxury Mod studio, and which was not repaired.

What are the terms of the warranty repair,
produced in the Luxury Mod studio?

    Items in need of repair are delivered to the studio directly by the customer or by courier. Payment for courier services is not included in the cost of warranty repairs and is calculated separately, in accordance with the prices indicated in the price list, valid at the time of transfer of the mobile device for warranty repairs.

    The decision on the possibility of warranty repair is made after a thorough diagnosis and determination of the cause of the malfunction of the gadget.

    Warranty repairs are carried out within 21 working days, provided that the necessary repair documentation and required spare parts are available. An extension of the repair period is possible if the receipt of repair documentation or spare parts is delayed; our representative notifies the customer in a timely manner about these circumstances.

    Luxury Mod Studio is not responsible for the failure of warranty repairs if the reason for this was force majeure beyond its control: military operations, natural disasters, public unrest and riots, restrictions on the import of imported goods, border closures, blockade of communications, etc.

What are the terms of the warranty repair,

    Products that have become inoperable due to an accident, natural disaster, careless handling, contact with liquid or flame, or destruction into several parts;

    Products in need of repair due to natural wear or aging;

    Adapters, batteries, light sources of any origin, protective and decorative coatings, except in cases of malfunction due to poor material quality or manufacturing defects.
